Searching for Treasures | Original Watercolour Painting
“Searching for Treasures” - an original 16”x 20” vertical seascape watercolour painting.
Imagine you're driving down highway 101 after a beautiful day at the beach. The windows are open, you're listening to your favourite song with all of your favourite people in the car. The warm, salty air of the coast is blowing through your hair. You can't help but stare at the beautiful glow of an ever-changing sunset on the west coast.
This is the joy of life!
This collection of original seascape paintings flowed into creation after the most refreshing trip to Southern California. I spent almost every day at the beach, no matter the weather, soaking in the peaceful sounds of gentle waves, exploring tide pools, and gathering inspiration for this collection. Each work of art was painted slowly, restfully, and through meditation, this painting emerged layer by washy layer.
“Searching for Treasures” is a vertical rectangular 16” x 20” original watercolour painting on 140lb pure cotton archival watercolour paper. This original painting comes with the option of framing in an 18 x 24" sustainably sourced, solid oak frame, with a white archival mat, and durable non-glare museum grade plexiglass.
This original painting is available at Bliss 101 in Encinitas, CA.
