When I first moved to the forest, I would spend hours walking almost every day. Hours in the sunshine with my baby in his stroller tucked away dreaming. Hours in the fresh air of evergreens and poplar trees, finding my way to the winding peaceful river. Time spent as peace washed over me and my weary heart.
It has been such a joy to get back into the work of creation after rest. I have drawn on my reserve of peace and poured it into this painting. Peaceful, meditative, restful joy.
These are the feelings I wish to share with you and your sacred spaces.
