During January I was able to take some time away. Time away from my regular, daily routine. Time away from a bitter cold winter.
Time with family. Time in the sunshine of Southern California.
I'm so grateful for that time. I was able to be filled up with inspiration, rest, ocean air, sunshine, and so much gratitude.
This time away inspired this original oil painting in this month's release.
It has been such a joy to get back into the work of creation after rest. I have drawn on my reserve of peace and poured it into this painting. Peaceful, meditative, restful joy.
